FrankinSuite Privacy Policy

The short version

• The FrankinWOLFF software collects nothing and sends us nothing. Its own code makes no network connections: no telemetry, no analytics, no license checks, no crash reporter. Its window is drawn by Microsoft Edge WebView2, which sends diagnostic data and crash reports to Microsoft under Microsoft's privacy terms (see section 1).
• The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising.
• When you buy, our payment reseller Polar collects what it needs to take payment and tells us who bought.
• When you email us, we keep your email to answer it.

1. The software

FrankinWOLFF runs on your computer and stores everything it uses there: its project list and session state under %USERPROFILE%\.claude\, and memory and progress files inside the project folders you register. None of this is sent to us or to anyone else by FrankinWOLFF.

FrankinWOLFF's window is drawn by Microsoft Edge WebView2, a Windows component that Microsoft keeps up to date. WebView2 sends Microsoft diagnostic data (some of it whatever your Windows diagnostic-data setting is) and crash reports, under Microsoft's privacy statement; FrankinWOLFF does not see or control that data. If WebView2 is missing, the installer downloads it from Microsoft.

FrankinWOLFF works inside Claude Code, which is made by Anthropic. What Claude Code sends to Anthropic, including the context FrankinWOLFF adds to your sessions, is governed by Anthropic's terms and privacy policy, not this one.

2. The website (frankinsuite.com)

• Hosting. The site is delivered by Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, EU), our CDN provider. Like any web server, it records technical request data (IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, time) on our behalf. We use these logs only for security and troubleshooting, and we do not use them to identify you.
• No cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts or fonts.
• Browser storage. The site stores two small values in your own browser, which never leave it: your animation on/off preference (localStorage, key frankinsuite-motion), and a one-step animation cue between pages (sessionStorage, key smokeFollow, cleared when you close the tab).

3. Buying

Purchases are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our reseller and merchant of record. Polar collects your name, email, billing address, payment details and tax information, and also technical data such as your IP address, device information and, if you give it, your phone number, to process the payment, prevent fraud and meet tax law, under Polar's privacy policy. Card details are handled by Polar's payment processor and are never seen by us.

Polar shares with us the order details we need to deliver and support your license: your name, email, billing address (including country), any tax ID you entered, the product, the amount and the order date. We use them only to deliver the product, handle refunds and support, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping duties. We do not sell or share them, and we do not send marketing email.

4. Email

If you write to support@frankinsuite.com, your message reaches our mailbox through our domain registrar's mail forwarding (Porkbun). That mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail), which stores the conversation. We keep the conversation to help you and to keep a record of support given.

5. How long we keep things

• Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 7 years).
• Support email: up to 3 years after the conversation ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and no legal duty requires keeping it.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records the law requires us to keep). Write to support@frankinsuite.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California) you may have further rights, including complaining to your data protection authority.

7. Children

FrankinWOLFF is a developer tool and is not directed at children under 16.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and publish the new version on this page.
