FrankinWOLFF Terms of Sale

1. What you are buying

A license to FrankinWOLFF 1.x for Windows, under the FrankinWOLFF End User License Agreement (EULA). You receive one download, FrankinWOLFF-<version>-windows.zip, containing the desktop app installer, the Claude Code hook bundle and its installer, the install guide and the EULA.

2. Price and payment

• $29 USD, paid once. No subscription and no renewal.
• Orders are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our online reseller and merchant of record. Polar takes your payment, charges and remits any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and issues your receipt. Taxes may be added to the price at checkout depending on your location.
• Payment and billing are also subject to Polar's buyer terms, which you accept when you complete checkout.

3. Delivery

After payment, Polar emails you a link to your Polar customer portal, where you download FrankinWOLFF; new 1.x versions appear there too. If the email does not arrive, write to support@frankinsuite.com with your order email.

4. Before you buy: requirements

FrankinWOLFF 1.x needs:

• Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. FrankinWOLFF 1.x runs on Windows only.
• Claude Code (by Anthropic), installed and signed in. Your Claude Code account and usage are separate from this purchase.
• Git for Windows (it provides the bash shell the hooks run in) and Node.js 18 or newer.

The installer is not code-signed. Windows SmartScreen will warn you ("Windows protected your PC"; choose More info, then Run anyway). On Windows 11 machines with Smart App Control turned on, Windows may block the unsigned installer, and when it does it offers no override. If that happens to you, you get a full refund (see the Refund Policy).

FrankinWOLFF adds context and reminders to Claude Code sessions. It cannot force Claude to follow them, and it depends on how Claude Code runs hooks, which Anthropic may change.

5. Refunds

See the Refund Policy: 30 days, no questions asked.

6. Support

Support is by email at support@frankinsuite.com, best effort, in English. There is no phone support and no guaranteed response time.

7. Changes

We may change these terms for future purchases. The terms in force on the day you bought apply to your purchase.
